In my Mom's sewing room I found around 300 granny squares she had crocheted. I brought them home, and over the last 18 months or so have assembled them all into lap afghans. There are six made from the granny squares.

The green and white one she was working on when she passed away. She had done the green and a row or two of white. I kept going with the white till I thought it was big enough.

I'm going to keep the green and white one; the others I'm going to donate to a nearby nursing home.

Glad I can finally cross the granny squares off my to-do list!
