Does this shade come with a fabric panel that hangs over the roller

I am having a hard time finding a simple cordless roller shade or roman shade (reasonably priced) in size 22" x 72". I like the roller shades, but not the roller sitting uncovered on top. I done want curtains. It is a modern contemporary home. White windows and walls wiht Jacobean beams. Any recommendations?
