Orange tree not fruiting

our orange tree has been having trouble fruiting. it has been in the ground for 7 years now. it bears 2 or 3 fruits a year, but this year has been bad. no fruits at all. what are we doing wrong?

You need sun to get flowers; does it get enough hours of direct light?

Where are you located (state, nearest city)? There are so many factors to consider: low temps, not enough water, not enough fertilizer, not enough sun, flowers not getting pollinated...

It would help to know your location, fertilization routine, if it produces flowers, how cold it gets where you live, etc.
