Lightopia is the seller, but the fixture ships directly from our manufacturer.

We do accept returns, however, if the cause of the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, shipping, or processing error; the customer would be responsible for the original shipping cost which will be deducted from the total refund, as well as to ship the fixture back to our manufacturer once the return authorization has been approved.
