Prairie dropseed, allium, and ... ? Help me decide!

I have two new beds surrounding our culvert, with a southern exposure ... I’m pretty sure I’d like to plant a mix of prairie dropseed (shorter ‘tara’ variety), allium (either ‘summer beauty’ or ‘ milenium’) ,,, and I’m looking for a third to go in the mix. Ideally something of similar height (about 18 to 24 inches) and with a white color (to match trim on house ... I was thinking white echinacea but haven’t researched if there’s a shorter variety ... looking to extend the season of the mix if at all possible too ... though I like the idea of the echinacea poking out from the grass in late summer too ... thoughts on plants that would work? Am I in track so far with the grass and allium in this tough site and S exposure?
