How does this fixture mount to the canopy?

There is no picture or information on how this fixture mounts to the canopy.It looks like there is a loop in the top of the fixture rod.So is there a hook or a piece of chain that connects the fixture to the canopy? Reason I ask as I am going to mount to a slope ceiling.
