having trouble posting photo. Will continue to try. Thank you.

Can you move the piano to another room. Don't think it's the place for it.

It looks pretty bland in there, with the tan tablecloth and the overall tan look of the items on the piano.

I would vote no to putting a mirror over the piano unless it is a piece of art in itself. And the person at the end of the table will have to stare at his reflection as he eats. Instead, how about one fairly large colorful picture?

You might consider putting drapes on the windows, and raising the plant about two feet by placing it on a stand.

If practical, I would remove the tablecloth and use a more colorful centerpiece.

I am feeling very inspired. This makes a lot of sense to me. Thank goodness for this site that puts people in touch with talented individuals! Thank you, again!

angel18432 I have thought of moving the piano to this room. What do you think? The wall by the stairs?

If it fits, I would definitely move the piano to the wall by the stairs. Then you could move your console in the dining room to where the piano was with either a mirror or art above. Drapes would help add some softness and color to the room.

Thank you for this advise. I am looking forward to trying these things.

Yes, piano in that room would be a better fit. People could sit and listen whilst

it is being played. Also will free up your dining room to be a "dining room".

You could place a couple of pieces of art over the piano in those boxes. Could you put the folding table on the opposite wall to the window. Then drapery would really help. Do you have another chair to put at the other end, now the piano is going to be moved. Yes, remove table cloth.

These are great!
