They do look a little smaller than the normal sapodillas we have here, although the interior seems very similar minus the lack of black seeds and the appearance of the green tint around the border of the inner flesh on this fruit. While sapodilla is called chico sapote in some places usually sapote refers to other fruits like white or black sapote, nispero is definitely used as a label for sapodilla in some countries though so not sure why it's returning loquat. I hesitate to say it is a sapodilla, maybe something related? Here's a picture of the fruit from one of our sapodilla trees for comparison:
