I have always owned Italian made leather furniture and IMO always better than NA I love the webbing support system it lasts forever or at least 40 yrs in our case with the first one we bought. There are so many Italian furniture makers pobably the best you will do is have a good conversation with the store you are dealing with.Bracci is a relatively new company so probably not many reviews yet.

Any other feedback on Bracci? I am looking at one I am very interested in purchasing. Quality seems great, but hard to find any reviews on durability online.

I purchased a Bracci sofa from FLS. This is my 4th sofa at 3 different properties. Never had a problem before. I have owned for less that a year and after approximately 5-6 months of use I have terrible puddling. I will never buy another Bracci sofa.

we are looking at the Kaos model today. List at 10.9 but discounted to 6K. Anyone on this chat have further comments after owning one for a few years?

Hi! I bought Bracci and it was delivered in February 2020. The furniture and styling is beautiful, but within two months, we noticed the leather getting baggy where we sit. Also, one of the headrests on the couch doesn't lay flat. I called Furnitureland South ahere we purchased it, and they contacted Bracci and they say that's normal after using it and wouldn't do anything for us. Furnitureland dropped the ball also. Now I'm hearing mechanical squeeking when the reclining seat opens and closes. This is after nine months. I think our Bracci couch set that we paid over $16,000 for is a lemon and feel ripped off. We've had two other leather sofas over the years and never saw puddling leather!

Exactly the same thing happened to us! We have all Saggy spots where we sat. This is the worst couch I ever bought for $15,000!

It’s been two years since we purchased the Bracci sofa in a more rugged leather. It doesn’t have any mechanical or automatic features such as reclining. So far we still love the couch. No pooling of leather. We have the quilted leather on the sitting area so that prevents issues like that. To some degree we can tell where we sit most of the time. It’s not as firm as other parts of the couch. Would we buy it again? I will say no. Would we buy another Bracci? Not at the price point they ask. However, we won’t be getting rid of what we have anytime soon.

glad to know my review and the pictures from Dorothy’s review helped you from making the same mistake we did. we also complained to Bracci thru the store we bought from with no results.
