Thanks for the floor plan and info about permits. I asked about familiarity with local code because the gas stove under the window would not have been a permitted arrangement in my location. Our area now requires an exhaust fan vented to the outside.

The tansu cabinets are lovely and so are the large window views. I would put the sink centered under one window. The range could go where the sink is now, flanked by cabinets with simple doors that coordinate with the tansu designs.

You may want to hire a kitchen designer for a couple of hours to review your plans and see if she comes up with alternatives.
