My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Almost impossible to find, and it puts out long canes, but I love the true red color, fragrance and health of this rose. Photo from last year.

    Nice plant. I grow it too but mine is in a tough spot and is not as big. It is a fine rose....fragrant, healthy, huge red blooms. I need to grow one in a better spot.
