Functionally what is the shortest lease, and assuming a weekly, or tenant turnover cleaning regime, will the cleaning implements and linens be stored in the unit or is there another space.
I can't see a washing machine/dryer on the plan.
Need a wardrobe and suitcase storage in the bedroom.
Really good bed and decent linens, low allergy, easy to clean. desk and good internet, (wifi may be ok there) plenty of power points for chargers etc. Art on the walls, maybe local originals.

It depends on the type of person you are trying to attract. looking at these online the bedroom windows are a bit grim.
Maybe checkout some hotels you like and study getting the essentials right.
But you probably have done all of that already :)

Thanks for feedback. Lease is minimum a week and cleaning done weekly. Storage will not be necessary for linens. Customers will be corporate. Colour paint for the apartment - any suggestions?

My suggestion would be bright gloss white kitchen furniture and trims (skirting, architrave etc.) .... with black internal doors and lamp room Gray walls. Crisp white bed linen - grey tweed throw on bed - Gloss white bedroom furniture . Small Dining table for four ( that could double up as a desk ) and a grey tweed sofa and footstool - keep it simple - as cosy throws that can be machine washed. Black walnut flooring .... Maybe a pop of colour by using bright cushions to suit the season - cool blue in summer , autumnal burnt orange in autumn, festive red in winter, bright green in spring etc etc !?! .... Just an idea !?!?

Don't know location but paint color may depend on the exposure of windows/light. If northern, would suggest Ben Moore's color of the year, Lemon Sorbet, to keep the space from becoming gloomy. Could still work with OnePlan's furnishing suggestions.
