Hi, can anyone tell me if this equipment sounds good for this price? I have a two story 3100 sq foot home in SW Ohio that's 18 years old.


-Trane S9V2 #S9V2C100U5PSAA 100,000 btu, two stage, variable speed furnace, 96% efficient having true variable DC voltage blower with Comfort R control

-Trane XR16#4TTR6048, 4 ton, single stage, 16 SEER, all aluminum central AC

-Trane #4PXCCU48, cased all aluminum evaporator coil with TXV Valve

-Trane THUMD300 Large By Pass humidifier

-Trane TCONT824 Wifi 7 day programmable touch screen digital thermostat


-Reconnect to existing venting of High Efficient furnace in 2 pipe PVC

-New Return drop with 90 degree raidus and box underneath furnace for increased airflow and efficiency including filter racks for filters sized 25x25x1

-Reconnect to existing gas line and pressure test

-Perform combustion test verifying proper efficiencies certified to NCI standards

-New disconnect box and wiring needed for new AC unit

-New custom pad for new ac unit properly leveled with crushed limestone

-New refrigerant line properly sized, dehydrated and pull a vacuum to 500 microns

-Install new drain line attaching existing drain from AC terminating to the existing floor drain securing to the floor with C clamps

-Use existing high and low voltage electrical as is. Supplying new service switch

-Removal and disposal of existing equipment

-Start up to manufacturer's specs by NATE certified technicians
