My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I ordered two. I only received one. I ordered these a month ago and still have not received the second one. It's hard to have a running bathroom in a new house when you don't have your hardware.... I was told you guys wanted a picture of the package because you don't believe that only one was sent. Who saves their boxes, especially with new construction? So if you don't know the shipping dimensions what is a picture from me going to prove to you? I am so dissatisfied with your customer service.
