I want to change our fireplace facade. Ideally I would like to do large grey in a herringbone style or even marble but it's too big of a project right now. Our taste is modern but I also love molding and some industrial details. What can I do to the stone? Paint it? Dry wall over it? I really dislike the stone. Ignore the ladder. Thanks for any suggestions!
