If you've never started seeds before I am wondering if this is really a good plan. Moving house us stressful enough but moving with a large number of seedlings in pots would be even more difficult. You have ten species or cultivars. Each seed packet could produce multiple plants and each plant will need potting into its own container. They'll take up a lot of space. Can you move many trays of pots of growing plants? It's also important to know when you'll be moving to know how big the plants will be when you move, or even if some will have germinated.

If you decide to go ahead despite the practical difficulties I would look into winter sowing. There's a forum for it Here. This method would suit all the species in your list and requires little equipment or skill. You could transport the seedlings in their milk jugs and use the 'hunk of seedlings' method when you get to the new house. All this is explained on the WS forum.

However, I still think you're just adding an extra layer of stress to an already stressful experience. Do you know what is already at the new house? Have you seen it in the growing season?

I strongly suggest you move first. See what you have there during the growing season. Plan your garden area. What kind of animals will be eating your plants (need a fence maybe?)

If you've never started from seed, you have a LOT to read up on and learn...soil, water, lighting. Every seed has different needs as far as temperature, light or darkness, depth, days before frost, etc. You need a light setup indoors, airflow, etc. This is not something you do before moving!

Study first. Plan first, observe the land. Good luck with the move!
