I am committed to a soapstone sink and counter top on one wall of my kitchen and wood on a peninsula and island, but I don't know what to use on a small coffee station next to my refrigerator. I have decided on grey cabinets and dark sink. I haven't chosen the sink yet, but it will hopefully be dark grey. I haven't chosen a back splash either, but I am leaning toward white or light green or blue. I haven't seen many kitchens with three surfaces, and I am wondering if I should match the soapstone or compliment the back splash.
