Start with the bedding. Get something that looks stunning with the cherry and let it set the color palette for the space. You'll find that is the easiest way to approach decorating a bedroom, because if you wait 'til the end of the process you'll pull your hair out trying to find bedding that works with what you have done. It comes first.

I agree with decoenthusiaste to choose the bedding first. I will post a website I just recently purchased bedding from. It was good quality and discounted. I also have used JCPenney.com and Bed Bath and Beyond. Lots of selection.

Also you will want to choose photography or artwork. Etsy.com is a great place for that. Just use their search engine. You can contact the "shop" owners. Frequently they will customize what you like - I know I can. They also have other home decorater items and they are very unique.

There is quite a bit to take into consideration than just arbitrarily picking pics. We do this quite often tho! :)

Yes They like the manhattan upper east side townhouse. They r running into the problem of bed placement. If the center it to the wall with four windows then the dresser is to the wall next to the bathroom door. They can't center on the wall of two windows because the windows r not center to the wall. So what to do what to do.

You could cover the windows to treat them a one large window and place the bed centered in front.

Did you choose bedding yet? We could probably suggest something better if we knew what you would be using.

Can't you center the bed on the wall where all the boxes are? Put the dresser opposite the bed between the two windows and make a seating area by the large windows?

Can't be the wall where all boxes are stacked. We r Indians, we r weirded of our sleeping directions. Lol. So has to be one or the other two wall.

Have not picked the bedding yet.

pastel color bedding in blue tone with blue wall would match the beige carpet and your furniture.
the accessories would need to be more modern.

I'm not sure why this is a crisis or why everything is so hurry up, but if you get ahead of yourself--which often happens when you don't take your time--you're likely to end up with colors and a bunch of bedding and art that doesn't coordinate.

I'm helping my parents out and leaving tomorrow so wanted to get done much as I can.

If I get the color done then I can pick the bedding online later on ext.

it's easier to match paint color to bedding. Less easy to match bedding to paint color. Just something to consider even tho you are on time restraints.

Since the room color is a neutral, why not spend the time buying the bedding instead? Way easier than painting if you are in a rush. And if you are in such a rush, wouldn't it be more important to have the bed ready to sleep in?
