I agree with Havens Metal that the style of double bowl is dated. A rectangular single bowl with offset drain will be more current. Plus a single bowl will allow you to set down pots and pans to soak.

As to which finish would look better, I can't tell from your photos, but are you talking about brushed vs polished? They'll "go" equally. It's a matter of which one appeals to you. A brushed finish shows the scratches a bit less.

I am guessing that Havens Metal's sinks are a great deal more expensive than the sinks you've posted. Instead of the sinks you've shown, check out the Kraus sinks for a lot of bang for the buck. I've linked one. It is 16-gauge (thicker than 18-gauge) and comes with sink grid free.

Indeed, our sinks are more expensive. It's tough to compare an imported sinks with our American craftsmanship both in price and quality.
