I have a 10 year old one floor house. It's been repainted five years ago. As the outside look of the wall now becomes dirty with brown rust running out from numerous punched holes to install cables, power lines, Alarms, Camera, etc... My wife and I wish to repaint both inside and outside. We prefer to have the color Beige on the outside, and light blue in the inside. Both colors must be washable. I'd appreciate any comments and advice about kind of paint, and a good estimate of amount to be paid. My house covered an area of 18,000 Square feet
