Yes: should you be posting anymore trees in the future you will quite often need to include close views to have completely satisfactory outcomes here. However in this particular instance this tree seems pretty likely to be Pinus sylvestris.

Agree w/the badboy. Bark is hidden a bit, but has the pale-orange hue. Nice specimen. Out in the high deserts of WY my favorite is the tough Pinyon pine.

we need to know how many needles in a bundle.. and the length of such also ... one might say ... a scale ...

and if the snow melts by then ... see if you can find a cone just laying there ...
