N Texas Invasive Brush ID
One of my North Texas properties hasn't been weeded, cleared, or forested for nearly 100 years. For trees, I have what appear to be mostly mature post oaks and some pines. While I wouldn't be surprised if there are non-native invasive trees on the property, invasive brush is the biggest problem. The brush is so dense that I can only access the property during the winter, and only then with a machete.
The property is covered with green vines sporting large thorns, large climbing vines, various evergreen shrubs, etc. I know the attached pictures aren't great, but can you identify anything in particular? I will return with my better camera and take some better pictures.
I plan to remove much of the invasive brush and non-native trees and hope to spare some of the native vegetation.
