Need help to plan my living room

We are having a relatively small living room and not too sure how to fit our one three-seater and one lover seat sofa into the room... any suggestion is welcome. Thank you.
Attach is a picture of the previous owner's layout to the living room. Our new choice of colors will be Tan to the wall with the fireplace and light gray to all other walls in the room.
