I've been very impressed with Sweet Nymph. Three flower scapes (in succession), with 5-7 buds each.

I don't know. Sweet Nymph is, but it's very mild. Half the time I can't smell it, and then I can. But my allergies have been stuffing up my nose and that's not helping.

Hard to believe that this had been nearly 10 years, but this was my experience with H. Nymph. The question was, “What is your favorite Hippeastrum?”.

I've Just Spied The Tip of a Scape Poking Out, I'm SO Looking Forward To This!

Well, The Scape is Strong and Fine Looking and I Can Now See The Flowers Inside The Scape, I Can't Tell How Many Flowers Yet As I Don't Want To Pull it About To Much.....

Just let it do its thing. :3 They all take their own time, it'll be fine. After it blooms, it should leaf out.

I have a Sweet Nymph! I think they're lovely. The bulb I got is a real powerhouse--it sent up 2 scapes in succession, the first with 4 flowers and the second with 2. No scent but a beautiful bright, delicate pink, and they are nicely doubled. Mine has 2 fat offsets already, and I only got it at the beginning of last year. I'm very happy with it and I would strongly suggest it!
