We do not have firsthand experience with these lines, aside from DuraSupreme. I can say generically, though, to avoid MDF if possible. In my opinion, real wood (including wood veneer over plywood) is going to look and perform better in the long run. It's worth the added investment.

The standard in frameless cabinetry like you are looking at has always been furniture board. With zero issues from knowledgeable contractors working with it. When they try to treat it like a framed cabinet product, and rack it, or use incorrect fasteners, yes you will get issues.

Dura Supreme produces a great frameless product superior to the other products you are considering.
