I moved this cottage from beach area inland. I will be adding new porch and adding James Hardie lap siding on lower half and shake siding in gables. My first choice is Cool Breeze for 8.25 lap select cedar mill siding and shake random siding for gables. The style will be craftsman ranch style. With stone columns and stone on back wall where it is black in picture. The shake will be a lighter shade in either Cobblestone or Navajo beige. Cool breeze only comes in lap siding. Will blue on bottom and neutral on gables look good? Help! House looks awful now but I know when I am finished it will be so adorable. I have been working on this project for 2 years and is finally coming together. Thx for your suggestions.
