My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This was 5 1/4” white oak in a “C” grade (pretty rough with some knots and other imperfections. It was wiped with water to open the grain after sanding, stained white and finished with Bona waterborne satin. We still do projects on the house seven years and two owners later. The floor has held up very well.
