Should I be concerned?

I've had this succulent (I think it's an aeonium, but I'm not sure) in a southern facing window for several months now (Northern VT, zone 4). I turn it about once a week to keep the light exposure even, and I've been very happy with it so far; it even has a couple of babies growing at the base. Recently, however, someone commented that the down turned leaves on the bottom may be a sign that it's unhappy. Should I be concerned about this? Is there anything I can do to fix this going forward?

For reference, the rosette is about 4 inches across, and the plant is about 5 inches high over-all.
