Does this chair have a "waterfall seat"?

Im wondering if this chair features a waterfall seat- meaning: does the seat of this chair tilt at an angle from the base (where the back rest is) to the front (where the knees hang over the seat). In a waterfall seat, the base of the seat sits lower lower than the front when you sit down, taking pressure off the lower back.
