My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Not sure if I should do curtains or shades for our nursery.

    I did shades with a valance, but it was the 90's. I just didn't want anything baby would use to pull their little self up with (pull off the wall) or cords. Skip lamps and put in a dimmer switch on the over head--no cords!!!!
