Generally stay away from weed and feed products. The problem is timing. Herbicide should go down in mid April and fertilizer should go down in late May. If you need an herbicide, use an herbicide. If you need fertilizer, use a fertilizer.

Preen One is a preemergent and post emergent combined with no fertilizer elements. It looks good on paper. I'm not sure anyone here has used it or talked about it. Looks from below like it cannot be used on St Augustine, so there's a precaution for those of us in the South.

Preen One Lawncare may be used on the following established turf species:

Established Cool Season Turfgrass:

Kentucky bluegrass, perennial ryegrass, fine fescues, tall fescue

Established Warm Season Turfgrass:

bahiagrass, bermudagrass, buffalograss, zoysiagrass

Do not use this product on dichondra, carpetgrass or colonial bentgrass.

Do not use this product on St. Augustinegrass in Florida.

Do not use this product on turfgrass where desirable clovers are present.
