1 week ago. Within 4 days it shriveled up. .....2 days later

btw .. fert is not a response to stress ... so forego that thought .. for now ...

i see a lot of hew growth.. and i think buds ... i would just back off.. and water it properly.. and let it do its thing ...

it is not uncommon for a plant to shed older interior leaves.. especially after a stress event ... try not to fixate on those ... whatever caused them to be sacrificed.. happened weeks or a month ago.. so dont keep trying to fix what happened in the past ...

you dont mention if this is an indoor or outdoor plant???

Ken_adrian .... thanks for responding so quickly. Good to hear that I didn’t cause the problems. It is an indoor plant. I have one outside too but wanted this one for its fragrance inside. I put it on a seedling heat mat and after much reading of it care plan to move to the bathroom for humidity. Would love to find a humidity dome tall enough for it.

Yellowing of a plants leaves is known as Plant Chlorosis and there are many causes ranging from a too wet soil to lack of nutrients. Perhaps this article might be of some help.
