Dying seedlings

Hi all - this is my first time ever trying to grow from seeds. I’ve started them indoors using a UV/LED full spectrum plant light, they are in my office which stays relatively warm and bright compared to the rest of the house. Most of the perennial seeds are growing great (sweet Williams, English daisies and annual coleus). But the vegetables and herbs seem to be struggling.

The herbs and veggies has sprouted and were about an inch+ tall, then the next day it appeared they were just gone! I assume they shriveled up and died. I’ve had the soil stay moist but never soggy, and under the light for 12 hours per day. I moved the light closer as it was a bit far away I think. What else can I do to help them along? Will the seeds “resprout” or should I dump the trays and start again?
