Might be small thing, but what happens when bed in directly under the V? you could have separate kind of stands....

I post that partly cause it's fabric she's wearing and could look nice with the gauzy or lightweight fabric over canopy.... just to show a minimal amount - but it shows off a wonderful chest....

Ok... just to say that the bed is the focal 'point' and don't forget that a little chrome, I suppose mirror too, goes a long way [in a small-ish room esp.]

If my room, I'd be trying to keep out morning sun... if you do too, maybe cover frame going across/ covering where sun shines in ... have you typed your 'bed canopy' search in Houzz yet? and 'select' 'photos' ? lots to see.

I like the fabric behind the bed and no fabric on tester area as shown in the picture......is the room staying dark or light? With bedrooms you can have matching or non match night stands. Light would allow the lines of the tester bed to show to advantage.

Eclectic accessories and there are no pairs in the room except the repetition of the fabric which ties everything together.
