My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This pendant comes without a plus so it can be connected to the wiring in your ceiling.

This does not come with a dimmer built-in. You can go to a hardware store and purchase a dimmer switch that can be installed to replace your existing wall switch.

    I hope that helps.

    Happy Houzzing!!
