That's what I got, can you provide a picture of those pieces assemble and ready to be installed into my plumbing fixture?

Any chance I could get instruction on where the large metal washer, small plastic washer and threaded nut are located when this piece is installed?

Please keep in mind that the items you are referring to are in the package just in case they are needed for installation. To answer your first question you don't have to use all the parts unless you need them. Its going to depend on what you have on the other side of our item.
