Painting my van

Hello all, I was wondering if you could put me in the right direction for painting my van. It’s starting to look a little worn and rusty. I found a few tubs of white emulsion in my shed and wondered if this would be ok? Should I sand it down or paint straight over? TIA.

Best to contact a professional vehicle painting company. I don't have one to recommend but you need someone that knows what they are doing to get it done right.

If it's a van worth anything it's worth being done right. If it's a pos just drive it! If it's "not-too-bad" and you don't want to spend a lot of money on it take it to MAACO. But if you go this route, white is white.. they don't bother matching. Never pay extra for the hardener, nor the sealer... they will use these products anyhow to protect their butts. So why pay extra for them? You're welcome.
