That’s a disaster. Millworkman is right, you deserve a refund so that you can go with another company - hopefully one who actually knows what they’re doing.

First if you already paid and it was paid via check, I would call my bank immediately to stop payment until the install is corrected. Then you can reissue a new check when it's done properly. Unfortunately you said last week so it's probably too late. I echo the other posters. Unfortunately, I doubt they will refund you and hopefully they will step up to correct the install. I would also begin to document everything just in case they do not correct it properly.

You're recourse would be through warranty, arbitration, and litigation should it go that far as opposed to withholding payment, however certainly some attention is needed here. I'd add that the manufacturer instructions will not address this (poor exterior finishing) either, so they would not be a valuable resource.

What you have is a very sloppy install, at least based on the exterior trim and caulk. If this is a reputable company, I'd fully expect that they will fix this. Perhaps it was a new installer or something along those lines. I'd get a manager out to your home (not the installer, as they will be defensive and appear to be unqualified as well) to go over your concerns and develop a plan of action. There is not enough information to comment on the integrity of the installation itself, but again, the exterior trim and caulking are unacceptable by any standard.... It almost kind of looks like they reused existing trim and tried to sloppily caulk to it?

I agree, it is a disaster! Money back for sure! It is a very poor fit and the silicone is all over the place including the gap which is huge - 3/4"+!
