these counter tops are making me crazy!

My kitchen in the house we just bought has these counter tops. The walls are currently a terra cotta color which looks great with the counter tops but, it is just not my color. The cabinets are a brown cherry and I have lots of daylight. All windows on one wall facing west. Any suggestions for color?
