How are these fixed to the wall?

There is a screw that is attached to the back of the peg and inserts into the wall.

Wow I think that’s a pretty expensive peg hook. Hopefully a beginner DIY’R could probably figure out all you need is a dowel cut them to an size, even an angle punch some holes in some scrap leather that’s been cut into thick strips sand edges of leather, and peg if you want maybe even stain it! I think hardest part would be drilling the holes to put the screw in. Sorry. Needed to be said. Especially for that price if it was even $20 I wouldn’t of said anything but $35. That’s peg gouging.

I am not sure what prompted you to leave this comment. Its at best unkind and at worst trolling. I'm an independent designer and I struggle to keep my business going, in the best of times - so leaving an insulting message while I'm losing business because of a global pandemic is really just insult to injury. If you don't like them - then don't buy them.
