Drapes would make the room look more finished. A large art piece over the bed would add some color or you can leave it bare and let the bed be the focal point.

Its a very balanced wall, but your decor is out of balance, so you're getting ahead of yourself by decorating the wall. Both bedside tables are the wrong height...

and lamps need to follow some rules too.

In addition, you're mixing patterns that clash (bed scrolls, mirror chest tre-foils, bench geometric and bedding floral.) What is your favorite of these items? You may not be able to give up the bed but the other things are definitely messing with your room and need to be adjusted. You can fill that wall with stuff, but it will just add to the clamor and you need to get that adjusted first.

Agree with what everyone else has said. Get matching side tables and lamps, hang curtains, and lose the bench (or get a new fabric for it)

I agree with all of the suggestions you've received so far.

And Manon is right about Roman shades -- unfortunately, it seems that you don't have enough room on that wall for curtains without permanently covering up some of the windows and so much of the light coming into the room, which would be a shame. Any curtain panel skinny enough to fit into the space between the wall and the window is going to be so skinny that it looks terrible and defeats the purpose of adding curtains to add some style.
