My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Does fixture only mean no glass shade at all? If so, does that mean the LED option comes with clear glass? Trying to figure it out based on the pictures.

    Thanks for your inquiry! We do apologize for any confusion.

    The "Fixture Only" option comes with the entire fixture (glass/canopy/wiring) but NO light bulb is included.

    The "LED" option comes with the entire fixture as well as an LED, vintage Edison bulb as shown in the photos.

    The "Milk Glass" option comes with the entire fixture, however the glass will be "milk" not clear and NO light bulb would be included.
