Dormant Spray and freezing

I have a two day window when I can get up to spray. Looks like mostly sunny and 4 celcius daytime and freezing at night. Is spraying ok as long as the water in the solution evaporates during the day? If sprayed in the morning by the end of the day with some sun it should be alright, I'm betting. Next opportunity the buds will be peaking.
