My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is the light output (2 fixtures) adequate for makeup lighting?

Trying to decide if a third over-mirror light source will be necessary in my master bath remodel, or if two sconces will suffice.

    Thank you for your inquiry! The brightness of the lights would depend upon the bulb that you choose to install into the light. This features an E26 socket that is compatible with a variety of incandescent, LED, CFL and halogen bulbs (60W max). It is fully dimmable when used with a dimmable bulb and compatible dimmer switch. Depending on the bulb, two sconces should be sufficient for vanity lighting!

    The glass shade can be easily removed and the light bulb changed!
