Yuck. I think I would change the carpet and I can’t see the landlord having a problem with that it will make it easier to lease next time.

Cherry wood should look great with the green carpet. It implies wealth and solvency, IMO. Paint the walls in all offices a warm white. Is the trim white or wood finish?

Sticky note yellow is the color I would paint it add bright decor to go with the carpet and walls paint all rooms the same color and use modern edgy accents in retro style this will take away from the dated color of the carpet .
