I sometimes use the plant support things they sell as "Doldenstützen" in German garden centers. The smallest version fits into my pots. And my plants often support each other when they are growing. It's a green jungle but I like it.

If you have the chance to bring them outside in summer the leaves stay much shorter.

Also, if you find your leaves are truly way too long and unruly, you can snip off a few inches off the ends, round the ends and you'll never know and the plants won't mine either. Anja's correct when they grow outside for the summer, the leaves will be shorter and more sturdy than when grown inside especially if they're reaching for light.

And of course, if you can get your hands on some of those supports, you will be very happy, I couldn't live without them!!

I have a few that did that last year, and I built something out of wire and orchid sticks that looked like that plant supporter for them. I wish I had known about those, they sure would look a lot nicer!
