Have you tried calling customer service for the instructions ? Their website does say it should be professionally installed.

Go to a Pottery Barn , not an outlet, ask them to pull the instruction out of a box and photo it with your cell.

Or......... Take it back, insist on the return and get your money back

Or Print the item, and a qualified electrician can figure it out, 99 % of the time.

The crystals and all should be unwrapped before he gets there. ...............or $$$$$$$$$

The rest is easy. But you have several hours of work in the crystals , toots.

Unfortunately Pottery Barn doesn't stock this in their stores. Your best bet will be to call customer service and hope they can send you out the instructions. If not you will have to go back to the outlet and hope they can dig them up for you. If your a distance from the outlet call them and ask them to mail them to you.

Good advice from Jan. When we built our house we saved money by having the electrician install the fixture but adding the crystals and do dads our selves on several of our lights.

HELP!!! I purchased the 40” Clarissa rectangle chandelier and the baseplate is missing a sleeve. The first photo is our chandelier. It has a ugly electrical box in the center of it. The Pottery Barn photo on their website showes something completely different. Has anyone else run into this problem. HELP!!!!
