I do like the rug, but I think you need to bring in the rust color with decorative pillows. I don’t know why, but I’m not crazy about the coffee table on the carpet. Maybe because they’re too similar in color.

The one by the fireplace is my pick! It compliments your beautiful table and curtains.

k9arlene: I was going to bring in the rust color by reupholstering the 2 Asian chairs facing the sofa. Also with whatever art will be going above the sofa. Thanks for your input!

I don't particularly like the terra cotta against your floor color, and I would like to see more pattern in the middle of the rug.

I love the one on the floor. It's different without being bold and the color looks amazing. Nice with your Asian accents, too. Because the table has a pattern under the glass, I don't think adding another pattern under it would look great.
