There are two specimens of Poncirus trifoliata 'Flying Dragon' at the JC Raulston Arboretum - in beds E19b and W15

Incidentally, we are in the process of producing 'Flying Dragon' seedlings for our garden and have a substantial surplus of them that will be shared at the upcoming Raleigh Spring Swap. We also have leftover seeds.

Lucky - today is your lucky day!! If you don't mind the straight species (Poncirus trifoliata or now Citrus trifoliata) instead of the contorted cultivar 'Flying Dragon', I have plenty of large specimens that you are welcome to come over and dig up. My yard has an old ancient tree that is massive and the forest beside my house is filled with seedlings. Growing in the deep shade keeps them from fruiting but some of them are 6 feet tall and blooming. They have wicked thorns!! be warned, you gotz to wear thick leather gloves to work around these monsters.
