Hanging hardware indicates 19.5 inches. Is that the max width that the hardware can be placed to install hanging?

    The track size should be double of the opening in order to be fully open. I assuming you have a 72 inches opening so you do need 144 inches of track. 144 inches is 12FT so you can select size 12FT for your sliding door hardware kit.

    The doors are ornate and will hang on hardware stationary just for effect on a wall. Can you clarify what the 19.5" signifies? Thank you.

    It is just an estimated door panel. You can use any sizes of the door panel as long as it can cover up the opening.
